Responsible AI & Human Oversight.
Our approach to human oversight, reliability, data confidentiality and measurable business outcomes in applied AI.
Start with a real operating objective
An AI deployment should address a defined commercial or operational outcome: cost, cycle time, quality, risk, conversion or customer experience. Technical novelty alone is not a measure of value.
Human authority and review
Sensitive operations need clear accountabilities, approved data access, human review, reversible actions and separation between advice and binding commitments. Automation should not create unauthorized legal or financial obligations.
Reliability and evidence
Evaluation includes input quality, source attribution, error handling, out-of-distribution behavior, operational monitoring and tests against a realistic baseline.
Information security
Prompts, models, documents, APIs and automation credentials require purpose-limited access. No customer confidential information should be disclosed to an unapproved provider.
Lifecycle performance
Measure an AI system from proposal through adoption and accepted outcome. Record failures, actual costs and performance drift instead of reporting only demonstrations.
